St. Louis’ Gershman Commercial has promoted Courtney Hix to senior property manager.
Hix joined Gershman in 2014, bringing eight years of experience in commercial property management to her new position.
Hix currently oversees a mixed-use portfolio of 14 properties. The portfolio includes retail and office buildings.
Before joining Gershman, Courtney managed DDR’s Central Midwest Region portfolio at Sansone Group.
