St. Louis’ Gershman Commercial Real Estate has added Tim Elli as senior vice president, project management.
In this newly created role, Elli will oversee and manage tenant finish and capital improvement projects across Gershman’s property management portfolio and on behalf of third-party occupier clients.
Elli brings more than 20 years of project management experience to his new position. In his most recent role with CRESA St. Louis, Elli led a team of project managers performing third-party design and construction management services. He also spent 12 years with BJC Healthcare in the company’s design and construction department.
