St. Louis-based Gersman Commercial Real Estate promoted Molly Studer to chief operating officer.
Since joining the firm in 2020, Studer has played a key role in development and implementing strategic growth initiatives, overseeing employee recruitment and onboarding and managing all marketing, communications and office administration functions.
As chief operating officer, Studer will now lead and scale all company operations while continuing to provide oversight of the company’s service lines.
Studer has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including property management, lease administration, business development, client relations, operations, project management, due diligence and recruitment.
Before joining Gershman, she served as vice president of operations at Intelica CRE. She also served as director of client development at JEMA.
