St. Louis-based Gray Design Group is announcing continued growth across its studios with the promotion of six team members and the addition of three new professionals.
These milestones reflect the firm’s commitment to investing in its people while strengthening the collaborative culture that drives exceptional design and lasting client partnerships. The newly promoted team members have played a key role in shaping projects, mentoring colleagues and advancing the firm’s design expertise.
Bradley Feeler and Matt Drewes have both been promoted to Senior Project Manager in the Architecture Studio, recognizing their leadership in guiding complex projects and delivering thoughtful, well-executed design solutions for clients. Adam Bengtson, RA, NCARB, has been promoted to Project Architect, recognizing his professional growth and recent achievement of architectural licensure.
Within the Interiors Studio, Morgan Wagner, NCIDQ, has been promoted to Project Manager, where she will continue leading interior design efforts and contributing to innovative workplace and commercial environments. Alix LePage and Sarah Schromm have each advanced to Associate Project Manager, reflecting their growing responsibilities in coordinating projects and supporting clients throughout the design process.
Gray Design Group is also welcoming three new team members who will support the firm’s continued momentum. Alicia Perry and Lauren Smith join the Interiors Studio as Associates, bringing fresh perspectives and design energy to the team. Judy Saxton joins the firm as Accounting Specialist, supporting the organization’s financial operations.
Together, these promotions and new hires strengthen Gray’s multidisciplinary team and position the firm for continued growth as it creates engaging environments that serve clients and communities across the region.
