St. Louis-based Green Street Real Estate Ventures is joining forces with Danny Stricker on the launch of Chapters Living, a senior-living organization that will deepen Green Street’s community impact by offering new solutions for older adults and their families.
With an initial focus on memory care and assisted living communities, Chapters will expand its operations to include active adult living communities in its next phase of growth.

Stricker has more than 15 years of experience in senior living and post-acute care, which began in 2008 when he started his career as a nursing home administrator after graduating college. His knowledge spans 50-plus diverse senior living communities across 11 states and the District of Columbia, leading financial turnarounds, driving new senior living development and leading complex merger and acquisitions. He will serve as the company’s president.
