St. Louis-based Hilliker Corporation has added Holland “Buddy” Chalfant as a broker associate.
Chalfant’s decision to join Hilliker was driven by his commitment to focusing on full-time business development and expanding his knowledge within the commercial real estate industry. Known for his motivation and charisma, Chalfant aims to be a valuable resource for clients in achieving their long-term goals.
Prior to joining Hilliker, Chalfant worked as a salesperson and assistant property manager at 1045 Commercial Real Estate, overseeing grocery store-anchored shopping centers totaling over 20 million square feet across various cities, including Chicago, St. Louis, Milwaukee, Columbus, Denver, and Louisville.
Chalfant holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
