St. Louis-based Hilliker Corporation has added Powell Kalish as its newest broker.

A native St. Louisan and a graduate of Indiana University – Bloomington, Kalish first made his mark in the commercial real estate arena in 2008 when he joined Hilliker Corporation. With a comprehensive understanding of all commercial sectors, Powell has successfully represented a diverse clientele, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local independent owners/operators.

Beyond his real estate prowess, Kalish co-founded and served as Chief Development Officer of a regional restaurant chain, expanding its footprint to five states. This unique experience positions him as an effective representative for multi-location clients seeking growth throughout the Midwest.

Prior to rejoining Hilliker Corporation, Powell held the position of Vice President – Brokerage for a local St. Louis developer.

Kalish’s commitment extends beyond the real estate realm; he is an active member of the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center Young Friends Steering Committee and a former board member of the National Food & Beverage Foundation and Museum.
