Jack Fowler has joined the St. Louis office of HOK as a senior design professional. He will join the team working on Parsons Brinckerhoff projects around the world.
Fowler earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City.
