Jonathan Serkes recently joined the St. Louis office of Intelica CRE as managing director.
Serkes is a founder and principal of Bamboo Equity Partners, Intelica’s private-investment arm. In this role, Serkes is responsible for acquiring new bank relationships and equity investors.
During the last 20 years, Serkes’ investment vehicles have provided mezzanine debt for St. Louis real estate developers unable to secure traditional bank lending.
Before joining Intelica, Serkes was founder and president of Bentley Management Group, a professional management consulting firm specializing in portfolio management.
