St. Louis-based design-build firm KAI hired Coralie Steuber as Project Manager for its 360 Construction Services division.
Steuber brings over 20 years of successful construction project management and inspection experience to KAI, with particular expertise in plan and specification interpretation. Her impressive background in public and municipal improvement projects includes engineering planning, design, and construction of public water supply systems, as well as the operation, maintenance, and repair of tanks, distribution systems and facilities.
Before joining KAI, Steuber worked as a Construction Project Manager and Inspector for the City of St. Charles, MO. She managed a diverse range of capital improvement projects, overseeing roadway reconstruction like the West Clay project and water distribution improvements such as the Highway 94 Composite Elevated Water Storage Tank.
Her responsibilities also included storm and sanitary sewer upgrades, bank stabilization improvements, and box culvert replacements, notably the Zumbehl Road project. Steuber supervised annual maintenance tasks, including concrete roadway replacement, as well as commercial development infrastructure projects. Throughout her tenure, most of these initiatives involved utility relocation and ensuring compliance with ADA standards.
Steuber’s extensive background also includes water source projects — planning, design, and construction of new pump stations, tanks, and transmission mains — for St. Charles Public Water Supply District No. 2 and Jefferson County Public Water Supply District C-1.
Steuber holds multiple professional certifications, including registration as a Distribution System Operator with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and licensure as a Qualified Compliance Inspector of Stormwater through Stormwater One. She is also an active member of the Missouri Water and Wastewater Conference and the Missouri Rural Water Association. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in Illinois.
