Koch Development in St. Louis recently hired two new staffers.
Carl Day is the company’s new leasing manager. He is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in integrated marketing communicastions. He also has his Missouri Real Estate license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Scott Sandler s Koch Development’s new director of asset management. Before joining Koch, Sandler worked as vice president of asset acquisitions and finance at Fireside Financial, a private equity real estate firm. There he oversaw more than $200 million in acquisition and financing transactions. Sandler also previously worked with Terramar Retail Centers and Equity Residential.
