Alton Hagins recently joined St. Louis’ Kwame Building Group as a project inspector. He will work on Kwame runway projects at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.
Hagins has a bachelor’s degree in construction science and management from Tuskegee University. He also has a concrete technician certification from the Missouri Department of Transportation.
