Mike Pettit has joined the real estate team at St. Louis’ L3 Corporation.
Pettit comes to L3 from Sansone Group, where he served as executive director of retail services for seven years. During this time, he oversaw more than 13 million square feet of retail space.
Pettit has earned the CoStar Power Broker award six times.
