St. Louis-based retail commercial brokerage L3 Corporation has added Rebecca Thessen to its team of real estate professionals.
Thessen has specialized in office, retail and industrial brokerage throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area during the last seven-and-ahalf years.
Thessen started at Hilliker Corporation and had been there for more than seven years. During her time there, Thessen served many different clients throughout the St. Louis MSA over a broad spectrum of asset classes. Having specialized primarily in retail and office brokerage, her focus will continue to be serving clients on a daily basis.
Thessen is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Missouri and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication from Westminster College. She is a member of CREW in St. Louis, a premier networking organization for women in the commercial real estate industry, and a member of Asian American Chamber of Commerce, engaging with Asian American businesses and professional in the St. Louis area.
In addition, Thessen serves on the Young Friends Board at the Humane Society, making the world better for our four-legged friends, as well as the Young Friends Board at Forest Park Forever, to uphold Forest Park as one of America’s best public parks.
