St. Louis-based retail commercial brokerage L3 Corporation added Alana Moylan to its team of real estate professionals.
Moylan specializes in both tenant and landlord representation through market research analysis, lease and LOI negotiations, site selection, relocation and renewal services.
She began her career as an intern with Cushman & Wakefield before joining that brokerage full-time to work on the H&R Block account. During her two years in this role, she grew her commercial real estate knowledge by working alongside other national clients including Edward Jones and GameStop. Moylan negotiated more than 150 lease renewals and saved her clients more than $270,000 in rental abatement.
She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Missouri and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri. Moylan is a member of CREW in St. Louis, a networking organization for women in the commercial real estate industry.
