St. Louis-based L3 Corporation has formed L3 Investment Properties, a new arm of the company specializing in triple net investments, shopping center sales and investment property acquisitions.
Industry veterans Gary Rosenbaum, Joe McClary and Tony Mesnier will lead the new division.
Rosenbaum is a principal in L3 Investment Properties and co-founder of MMG Realty. He brings more than 25 years experience to his new position. McClary joins L3 with more than seven years experience in the commercial sector, while Mesnier comes to L3 from MMG Realty.
