Ross Stores, thanks to work done by St. Louis-based L3 Corporation, recently leased more than 25,000 square feet of retail space in an area retail center.
Ross leased 25,198 square feet of space at the Central Plaza Shopping Center in Ballwin, Mo., from Pace-Central Associates.
L3 Corporation represented the lessee in this transaction.
