St. Louis’ L3 Corporation names partner

Rick Spector

St. Louis-based retail commercial brokerage firm L3 Corporation has promoted Rick Spector to partner.

Spector specializes in tenant and landlord representation, as well as the development and redevelopment of commercial property. In his role, he will help to lead and grow L3 Corporation’s commercial real estate practice. Spector joined L3 Corporation in 2019 as vice president.

L3 Corporation has grown to five brokers focusing on commercial real estate across the country with an emphasis on the Midwest. Spector has worked on several significant transactions since joining L3 Corporation. Most recently, he represented Pier Property Group and helped to attract Target Corporation to The Edison, Pier’s new mixed use develop in Midtown St. Louis.

Before joining L3, Spector was the Senior Vice President of retail brokerage at Jones Lang LaSalle’s St. Louis office, where he represented both tenants and landlords. Before that, he worked at Regency Centers in Chicago, where he specialized in property listings and new development throughout the Upper Midwest.

Spector is a licensed real estate broker in both Missouri and Illinois, is a member of the ICSC and a former board member of IL NextGen. Spector is married to his wife Blair, has two children, daughter Austin (4) and son Ryder (2) in addition to a son on the way. While not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys golfing with friends, attending a St. Louis Blues game and drinking the occasional scotch.
