Carol Tate has joined St. Louis-based McCarthy Holdings as corporate chief ethics and compliance officer.
“McCarthy is known not only for our outstanding skills as builders but also as a responsible, trustworthy company,” said Michael Bolen, chairman and chief executive officer, in a written statement.
Tate previously worked at Flextronics, a global electronics firm, where she served as vice president and corporate counsel responsible for developing and managing the firm’s ethics and compliance program.
