McClure Engineering, a St. Louis-based mechanical and electrical consulting engineering firm, promoted Dan Bardon, P.E., Darren Dinkelman and Mark Wehmeyer, P.E., HFPD to the position of Principal.
In their new roles, Bardon and Dinkelman will focus on growing the food, pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing infrastructure of McClure Engineering. Both are well positioned to assume this responsibility due to their robust industrial manufacturing background. Bardon has also been responsible for the mechanical design on a variety of projects including air and hydronic system studies, modifications to college campus research and classroom buildings and HVAC infrastructure upgrades to conserve energy and expand capacity. Additionally, Dinkelman has led the electrical design on many different projects including healthcare facilities and multi-tenant commercial buildings.
As principal, Wehmeyer will focus on growing the healthcare business for McClure Engineering. He currently oversees planning, scheduling, budget management and stakeholder communication. As a department manager, Wehmeyer has also led training and mentorship programs, managed workload distribution, and supported quality control and technical development within the department.
Bardon earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri Columbia. Dinkelman earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Wehmeyer earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri Columbia.
