St. Louis-based real estate developer Mia Rose Holdings, LLC. in partnership with Ed Kohn and Greenberg Development Company, LLC, broke ground on a mixed-use development at the corner of Main Street and Taylor Road in Wildwood, Missouri.

Wildwood Luxury Living will serve as a dynamic anchor in the heart of Wildwood Town Center, introducing 188 contemporary residential units alongside public improvements and approximately 7,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.

The $57.5M project features a four-story, mid-rise building spanning roughly 215,000 square feet. This Class A+ mixed-use development will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, many with private balconies. Amenities include green spaces for biking and walking, a swimming pool and patio area, ground-level fire pits, fitness center including a dry sauna, clubhouse, and rooftop terrace. The ground level will include retail and dining partners that complement Town Center’s existing offerings.

Designed with walkability and connectivity in mind, Wildwood Luxury Living places residents steps away from Wildwood Town Center, the local movie theater, essentials, and future retail and dining establishments.

Wildwood Luxury Living is set to welcome tenants in Summer 2027. Groundbreaking occurred in October and is the result of a collaborative team effort involving city planning committees, local government, as well as input from fire protection, school districts, and Wildwood citizens.

Many dedicated partners have put forth a coordinated effort to give the project the greenlight, including the City of Wildwood planning and development committees, the MetroWest Fire Protection District, and the St. Louis County Building Department. Wildwood Luxury Living will play a pivotal role in boosting Town Center’s economic vitality by bringing more leasing and investment to surrounding properties.
