St. Louis-based Midas Hospitality is fueling its next stage of growth with the appointment of Linda Eigelberger as the firm’s first chief brand officer.
Eigelberger will build on Midas’ purpose “to create opportunity through hospitality” by thoroughly integrating the brand companywide, with its partners and through the hotels it develops, redevelops and manages.
Since 2023, Eigelberger has served as chief commercial officer helping Midas double the size of its hotel portfolio. Her new position as chief brand officer reflects an expanded and diversified Midas Hospitality portfolio of projects that has unfolded over the past year. Locally that includes the $81 million renovation of the nearly 100-year-old Edison Brothers Building downtown, the redevelopment of the Wells Fargo Advisors campus in Midtown to include a 175-room Kimpton Hotel and the 263-room Life Time Living wellness-centered luxury apartments in Richmond Heights, Mo.
Nationally, Midas partnered with ACRES Capital this year to open the 104-room upscale hotel, The Livingston, the first Hyatt hotel in Brooklyn, N.Y. In September, it will celebrate the opening of a new dual-branded AC Hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott at Lenexa City Center, bringing 261 rooms and suites to one of the Kansas City region’s growing mixed-use destinations.
Eigelberger has served the hospitality industry for more than 30 years. She is certified in hospitality digital marketing. She is also active in the St. Louis community, serving on the chairman’s council for Greater St. Louis, Inc., the marketing committee of Explore St. Louis and is a board member of the St. Louis Sports Commission.
