Samantha Gauch is the newest member of the team at St. Louis-based Midwest Retail Properties. She has joined MRP as director of asset management.
Gauch brings more than a decade of real estate experience with an emphasis in asset management. Since 2008, she has been involved in many facets of the commercial real estate business including asset management, property management, acquisitions and development.
Gauch has cumulatively overseen more than $2 billion in asset value totaling more than 15 million square feet across the United States. In 2015, Gauch was a St. Louis Business Journal 30 Under 30 honoree. She is a member of The Building Owners and Managers Association, Commercial Real Estate Women, International Council of Shopping Centers and Institute of Real Estate Management. She also serves on the Customer Experience Advisory Board for Missouri State University.
