The St. Louis office of CBRE recently made two new hires.
Andrew Sineni is the newest member of the CBRE St. Louis project management team, serving as a Senior Project Manager. He comes to CBRE after 10 years as Director of Real Estate Development at RLJ Construction. There, he worked on new commercial developments for mid-sized real estate in Saint Louis including retail shopping centers and office complexes.
Sineni earned a Masters of Architecture degree from the San Francisco Academy of Art and a B.F.A. in Industrial Design from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Gracie Winkelmann has joined the CBRE St. Louis Retail team, coming on as an associate. Winkelmann most recently served as a Senior Transaction Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
