St. Louis office of CBRE to exclusively represent Jamba Juice as it adds 15 stores in Kansas, Missouri

The St. Louis office of CBRE has been named the exclusive broker for Jamba Juice/ShowMe Smoothie in Missouri and Kansas.

ShowMe Smoothie, LLC has entered into an exclusive franchise agreement to develop 15 Jamba Juice stores in Missouri and Kansas during the next nine years.

“We are extremely excited to help them bring Jamba Juice to the area,” said CBRE’s Paul Fusz. “They will be a coveted tenant for prime retail space.”
