The St. Louis office of Colliers International helped the University of Phoenix renew 25,705 square feet of Class-A office space at Riverport Lakes West in Maryland Heights, Mo.
Susan Finney of Colliers St. Louis negotiated the $2.4-million transaction for the owner. Hany Abounader of Balke Brown represented the tenant.
