The Midwest office of real estate developer Trammell Crow Company has hired Josh Undelhofen as a senior vice president.
In this role, Udelhofen is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and field execution activities in the St. Louis and Kansas City markets, as well as select markets in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. He will be based in Trammell Crow Company’s St. Louis office.
Udelhofen previously led the development platform at Altus Properties and was responsible for the deliver of more than $125 million of mixed-use multifamily development. Before that, he served as the chief investment officer of Koman Group, overseeing all development-related activities.
