St. Louis Park, Minnesota-based Monarch CRE added commercial real estate veteran Justin Baratz to its roster last week. Baratz was at Cushman & Wakefield for over 12 years before joining Monarch.
Baratz follows the hiring of Jack Storry and Kyle Kalivoda over the last several months.
Storry, also an industry veteran, worked for Avison Young & CoStar before joining the team. Kalivoda joined in 2023 from Entrust, based in Shakopee, where he served as the in-house global real estate manager, responsible for strategic planning, transaction management, lease administration and project management.
Storry and Kalivoda will be focused on providing brokerage services to business and investors across Minnesota and beyond.
