St. Louis-based RedKey Realty Leaders is welcoming RE Source LLC, a boutique commercial brokerage formed in 2001.
This partnership marks the official launch of RedKey’s Commercial Real Estate Division and establishes a new RedKey office in the heart of the Carondelet neighborhood at 6721 S. Broadway in the RE Source building. The partnership was finalized July 5, 2025.
The merger brings seven high-performing commercial real estate agents from RE Source to RedKey’s already robust roster of approximately 200 residential agents. With this expansion, RedKey is poised to offer a comprehensive suite of services to both residential and commercial clients across the St. Louis region.
This merger is a natural next step for both firms, combining RedKey’s residential strength with RE Source’s commercial expertise to meet the full spectrum of client needs — all while maintaining a fiercely local, client-first approach. The deal comes on the heels of RedKey being recognized by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch as a 2025 Top Workplace.
