St. Louis’ S.M. Wilson & Co. adds pair of project superintendents

St. Louis’ S. M. Wilson & Co. added Shane Nicolas and Todd Lienemann as Project Superintendents. As the principal representative of S. M. Wilson on the job site, they coordinate all job site activities to ensure the success of the project. Responsibilities include project schedule and quality, worksite safety and adherence to environmental regulations. 

Lienemann brings more than 15 years of construction experience managing federal and commercial projects, multifamily developments and historic redevelopments across the  Midwest for general contracting and design build firms. He will be working on the Rolla Early Childhood Center and a renovation, storm shelter and classroom project at Mark Twain Elementary School. Lienemann is a Procore Certified Project Manager and is OSHA 40 Hr 29 CFR 1910.120 certified. 

As Project Manager on S. M. Wilson’s Special Project team, Nicolas will manage fast-paced, turn-key projects that are generally under $7 million dollars. These include a range of specialized tenant improvement, renovation, addition, repair and core/shell construction projects. Nicolas’ experience includes overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects valued over $5 million and as a General Foreman Floor Layer, where he trained apprentices on current certifications. He is OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified and completed the Infectious Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certification.
