St. Louis-area firms Sansone Group and Mia Rose Holdings LLC formed a strategic partnership that brings together two development platforms with complementary expertise and a shared focus on long-term value creation and community-driven projects.

The relationship between Sansone Group and Mia Rose Holdings has been cultivated over several years and reflects a mutual alignment in development philosophy, market approach, and execution standards. Through this partnership, the firms will collaborate on select multifamily and mixed-use opportunities, leveraging their combined experience in site selection, design oversight, construction management, and asset performance.

“This partnership reflects how we approach growth at Sansone Group,” said Grant Mechlin of Sansone Group. “We look for partners who share our long term perspective and commitment to quality. Mia Rose brings deep multifamily expertise that strengthens our combined platform, and we are excited about what we can build together.”

“Sansone Group has built a strong development platform rooted in relationships and consistent execution,” said Tom Kaiman, founder and president of Mia Rose Holdings. “Our teams share a similar vision for how projects should be planned and delivered, and this partnership allows us to pursue opportunities that create lasting value for the communities we serve.”

Together, Mia Rose Holdings and Sansone Group bring a disciplined, long-term approach to development backed by deep market knowledge and a strong track record across multiple asset types. Both firms emphasize strategic growth, operational execution, and durable asset performance in established and emerging markets. Mia Rose Holdings has delivered more than 3,000 residential units across 18 communities in markets including Northwest Arkansas, St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Dallas, and is recognized for its specialized expertise in youth athletic facilities and ice rinks. Sansone Group, a nationally recognized commercial real estate and development firm headquartered in St. Louis, has developed more than 50 million square feet nationwide, with experience spanning industrial, retail, office, healthcare, and multifamily projects.

The firms look forward to sharing project-specific announcements resulting from the partnership in the near future.
