St. Louis’ Spellman Brady & Company to provide interior design services for two seniors communities

St. Louis-based Spellman Brady & Company has been selected to provide full interior design services for the first phase of the expansion of Friendship Village’s Chesterfield and Sunset Hills senior living communities.

Spellman Brady & Company’s scope of work for the Chesterfield community includes design and selection of the interior finishes, casework and lighting. Phase 1 of the project is 65,522 square feet and consists of a new independent living building with 30 apartments.

For the Sunset Hills community, Spellman Brady is providing interior finish, furniture and artwork services that include development of the project’s program, budgets, selections, product review and specification. Phase 1 of the Sunset Hills project is 225,000 square feet and includes new villas and apartments with understructure parking and a clubhouse.
