Edward Walch is a new project manager for the concrete group at St. Louis-based Tarlton Corp., a general contracting and construction-management firm.
Walch has more than 12 years of industry experience, including time spent in estimating, working on proposals and managing high-profile projects. Walch is licensed in Missouri with the National Society of Professional Engineers.
