
St. Louis-based Tarlton promoted Andrew Nelch to vice president.
Nelch most recently served as project director. He began his career as a project engineer at Tarlton in 2006 and subsequently moved through the operational ranks to serve as senior project engineer, project manager and senior project manager.
Nelch has worked on a number of significant projects at Tarlton, including the historic renovation of the core and shell at 900 N. Tucker Blvd.; the Center for Nursing and Health Sciences at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park; renovations to Bryan Hall and Simon Hall on the Washington University campus; and the Tower Tee recreation complex revitalization.
His work also includes projects for Bayer, Pfizer Inc., the U.S. General Services Administration and Wells Fargo.
