Marcus Curtis has joined St. Paul, Minnesota-based Simek Property Group as vice president and general manager.
Curtis will oversee the company’s apartment and retail investments, as well as an Epcon single-home development catering to those 55-plus in Hastings, Minnesota. He will also be responsible for building upon new and current partnerships to increase revenue and drive growth through acquisitions.
Curtis comes from Kleinman Realty Co., where he was part of a team that renovated and manages thousands of multifamily housing units and effectively repositioned numerous projects and client portfolios.
