St. Paul, Minnesota-based Wold Architects & Engineers promoted Elizabeth Palmer, Jonathan Kuzynowski, Rebecca Rymsza and Sara Kelzenberg to the firm’s associates leadership team.
Palmer and Kelzenberg are based in the company’s Saint Paul, Minnesota, office, and Kuzynowski and Rymsza are based in the Chicago office.
Palmer brings a unique perspective to the leadership team’s in-house counsel, having transitioned from a mechanical engineer to a trusted legal advisor. Her broad experience within Wold provides her with a deep understanding of the firm’s operations and legal complexities, allowing her to develop solutions that mitigate risk while promoting growth and flexibility for the firm and its employees. Palmer’s guidance spans contracts, compliance and risk management, making her an invaluable asset as Wold continues to grow and evolve.
Given his extensive expertise in education and government design, Kuzynowski has a strong commitment to delivering architectural solutions that align with client goals. With experience across all phases of design and construction, his attention to detail and collaborative mindset ensure seamless project execution. Kuzynowski works closely with clients and project teams to transform ideas into meaningful, functional spaces that positively impact communities. As an Illinois native, Kuzynowski earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture from Judson University.
Rymsza plays a key role in driving growth and innovation within Wold’s in-house engineering team. With five years of experience at the firm, she focuses on designing safe, comfortable spaces that meet the highest standards of excellence. Her leadership in project coordination and engineering design fosters seamless collaboration between clients and teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
As a project manager, Kelzenberg specializes in leading educational projects that create dynamic and inspiring learning environments. With a strong background in architectural design, construction management and stakeholder collaboration, she ensures projects are delivered with precision and purpose.
