STAG Industrial, Inc. announced that it has signed a renewal lease for 223,760 square feet at a distribution warehouse building located north of Chicago in Gurnee, Illinois.
The lease was signed by a manufacturer and distributor of personal care products for a term of four and a half years.
The Company will provide further detail on the leases signed in the month and quarter in its regular, monthly acquisition and leasing press releases and in its quarterly and annual earnings press releases and forms 10-Q and 10-K.
