Chicago-based healthcare real estate investment firm Stage Equity Partners, LLC has purchased a Class-A medical office building in the Columbus, Ohio, suburb of Pickerington.
Stage purchased the 12,539-square-foot single-tenant building from a local Columbus developer that completed the build-to-suit for Pediatric Associates. Wintrust Commercial Bank in Chicago provided the financing for the project.
The free-standing building is completely leased for 15 years to Pediatric Associates.
