Chicago-based healthcare real estate investment company Stage Equity Partners LLC (“Stage”) has added a new Property Management division along with two new hires with prominent commercial real estate pedigrees.
Jackie Kahn has more than 15 years of commercial property management experience. Formerly with VEREIT, Inc. and Sterling Bay Companies, Kahn will be director of property management, overseeing the operations and property management of Stage’s assets.
In addition, Aimee Kish joins the Stage property management team as director of accounting, bringing more than 15 years of financial real estate experience. She held similar positions at General Growth Properties and most recently at Newport Capital Partners.
The announcement was made by Stage Principals, Russell Brenner, and Brian Howard, who said that by adding a fully integrated property management division with a dedicated staff, Stage will not only be able to manage the firm’s national portfolio of medical office buildings more effectively and efficiently, it will also open up the potential for third-party management services.
