Brandon Muzik recently joined Stage Equity Partners LLC (“Stage”), a Chicago-based healthcare real estate investment company, as Director of Acquisitions. According to Stage Principals Brian Howard and Russell Brenner, Muzik’s primary responsibilities will include sourcing, underwriting and closing company transactions.
“Brandon’s professional experience in the healthcare real estate industry is a great asset to Stage,” says Howard. “With the company’s steady growth over the past few years, we’re very pleased to have someone with his skill set on board.”
Prior to joining Stage, Muzik, 31, was Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Ventas, Inc., a public REIT, where he helped close over $1.6 billion in healthcare real estate acquisitions and M&A transactions. He started his healthcare real estate career in 2006 within the asset management group at Lillibridge Healthcare Services.
