Stahl recently completed interior renovations within the modern luxury residence The Carlyle in Minneapolis. Located on the Mississippi riverfront in Minneapolis’ historic Mill District, Stahl remodeled all common areas from a newly imagined entry to the gathering rooms, offices and common areas throughout.
Stahl constructed a new club room, expanded and remodeled the fitness area and built a studio for yoga, barre and other classes. Timeless finishes were designed and installed on all residence floors in the 39-story building, and technology was updated. Dramatic and innovative features included a large movable glass wall for flexible gathering spaces, grand arched ceilings, a state-of-the-art automated package system, and two new outdoor pergola structures creating a permanent area for shade and gathering in a luxurious outdoor environment.
Originally built in 2007, The Carlyle was instantly a notable structure in Minneapolis as the tallest residential tower in downtown, rich with amenities. The building is home to two hundred forty-nine premier residential units with views of the cityscape, river, and the surrounding metropolitan area.
Renovation and remodeling work began in September of 2019 and completed on schedule and within budget in June 2020.
