Stan Johnson Company recently closed a $24.1 million sale of a 2-million-square-foot industrial portfolio located on 80 acres in Columbus, Ohio.
The portfolio included 1.1 million square feet at Southfield Park and 800,000 square feet at Fisher Industrial Park in Columbus.
Jackie Baker and Lindsey Scully, of Stan Johnson Company’s Los Angeles office, represented the buyer, a California-based private investor. The seller, MS South LLC. The portfolio features 10 buildings with multiple tenants.
