Stan Johnson Company has completed the sale leaseback of a 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 705 S. Girls School Road in Indianapolis.
Stan Johnson Company’s Katie Elliott co-marketed the property with Chip Sipple and the Lincoln Property Company on behalf of the seller, Applied Composites Inc. The asset was purchased by an investor group in New York.
Applied Composites Inc. is a manufacturer of composites with four decades of expertise in the commercial aerospace, defense and space industry. This facility serves as a mission-critical manufacturing and distribution site, and the seller executed a long-term triple net lease at closing.
