Stan Johnson Company has completed the sale of an 81,503-square-foot corporate headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wis., for $15.3 million.
The facility serves as Actuant Corporation’s corporate headquarters and worldwide training facility.
Daniel Herrold, Toby Scrivner and Jeff Matulis of Stan Johnson Company’s Tulsa office represented the seller, Milwaukee-based developer Irgens. Brandon Duff and Brad Feller of Stan Johnson Company’s Chicago office represented the buyer in the transaction, an international-based investor.
The property, a LEED Core & Shell Silver certified office building, is located in Westbrook Corporate Center, a 125-acre master-planned business park located in Menomonee Falls.
