Stanley Steemer has renewed in 10,000 square feet of industrial space located at 403 Vermont St. in Palatine.
John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, Larson Company, and Sean McHale of Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction.
