The Pizzuti Companies and CBRE finalized a 253,000-square-foot build-to-suit deal for StarTech.com in Groveport, Ohio.
StarTech.com, an Ontario, Canada-based global manufacturer of IT connectivity parts, selected Pizzuti to build and lease the 253,900-square-foot, Class-A modern distribution facility in the southeast logistics corridor. Located on a 40-acre lot at 4450 Hamilton Road, the site will also accommodate a future speculative development.
This build-to-suit project marks StarTech.com’s third expansion in the Columbus industrial market since leasing 48,000 square feet at Pizzuti’s CreekSide Industrial Center in 2011. Since first leasing speculative space more than eight years ago, the manufacturer has expanded three times and increased its footprint by more than 200,000 square feet.
CBRE’s Michael Mullady, Jeff Lyons and Weston Devore represented StarTech.com in the lease.
