Starwood Capital has sold the fully-leased Southcreek Corporate Center II, a 55,779 square foot Class B+ office building located at 13160 Foster in Kansas City’s Overland Park, to an out-of-town investor.
Bruce Johnson, Max Wasserstrom, and Harry Drake with Block Real Estate Services, LLC, represented the seller. Johnson and Wasserstrom headed efforts to completely re-tenant the building since Starwood Capital purchased the property in 2014.
