Steadfast Apartment REIT recently purchased its first apartment community, the Villages at Spring Hill in Spring Hill, Tenn.
The REIT paid $14.2 million for the property.
This is the second Tennessee purchase made by Steadfast Companies. The company’s Steadfast Income REIT acquired Richland Falls in Murfressboro, Tenn., on May 16 for $21 million.
