First Interstate Properties has named Columbus’ Steiner + Associates as the exclusive listing agent for its 610,000-square-foot mixed-used development Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, Ohio.
Legacy Village sits on 67 acres at the corner of Cedar and Richmond roads in Lyndhurst. It includes more than 585,000 square feet of specialty retail and restaurants. It also includes 25,000 square feet of Class-A office space.
Among the tenants are Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, The Cheesecake Factory and Bar Louie.
Steiner + Associates is now actively leasing the project.
