Cullinan Properties, Ltd. announced that Stephanie Webster has been promoted to senior vice president of development. With the continued growth of Cullinan Properties into new markets and the addition of new team members including in the development department, Webster’s promotion will ensure the continued success of the development team and to maintain Cullinan’s reputation for delivering projects on time and under budget.
Webster joined Cullinan Properties in 2003 and has been responsible for developing, expanding and renovating a number of Cullinan projects nationwide, including Shoppes at College Hills in Normal, Illinois, Streets of St. Charles in St. Charles, Missouri, and several projects in Peoria, Illinois including Methodist College Student Housing Complex, Shoppes at Grand Prairie and Apartments at Grand Prairie. She will continue to provide management and oversight of the development department, including construction administration, tenant coordination, acquisition due diligence, conceptual site layouts, schedules and budgets, as well as RFP preparation and solicitation.
Stephanie is a LEED Green Associate, earning her bachelor’s degree in construction management from Bradley University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. In 2016, she was named a leader under 40 by the Peoria InterBusiness Issues. Stephanie currently serves as the Town Architect for the Streets of St. Charles and on the Board of Directors for the Streets of St. Charles Community Improvement District. She is active in the greater Peoria community with Big Brother, Big Sisters and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
